You will receive a full refund for any unworn, unused item(s) where:

The wrong item was received in terms of colour, size, or model (evidence is needed).
Arrived in a damaged condition (evidence is needed).
The order went missing.
The item(s) do not fit/suit.

 You must return items within 14 days of receipt of the item. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

We recommend when sending us your item(s) that you use a signed for service as we are not responsible for any loss/damages.

What happens when I return part of a discount/mix and match deal?

When you purchase items as apart of a promotional/discounted offer, the refund will be equal to the original price of the item reduced by the proportional discounted amount. You will also lose the discount offer on the remaining item(s) in the offer. This means the discount of you received on the remaining item will also be removed and deducted from the refund.

Christmas Extended Returns

We are temporarily extending our returns period for Christmas. Any order placed from the 1st November until the 24th December 2024 will have until January 31st 2025 to return their order.
